Father Louis Brouillard threatened to put a belt across a boy's mouth if he screamed and told him not to tell anyone, especially his mother, about the sexual abuses that lasted about two years in the 1970s, according to a lawsuit filed in federal court on Thursday.
The plaintiff is identified in court documents only as D.N. to protect his privacy.
