A new lawsuit filed against the Capuchin Franciscans and Archdiocese of Agana alleges a former Catholic school student was sexually abused in the early 1970s by a church deacon and priest who went on to be a monsignor.
G.G.G., using his initials for anonymity, filed a civil complaint in the District Court of Guam on Friday naming the late deacon Anthony Perez and the late Monsignor Louis Antonelli.
