A religious sexual abuse advocacy group has called on Mobile Archbishop Thomas Rodi to allow an independent investigation into the child sexual abuse claims within the Catholic church network in Mobile.
The request from the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP) comes hours after Archbishop Rodi released 29 names of priests and other clergy credibly accused of sexually abusing children in Mobile going back to the 1950s.
