Four Liberal and National backbenchers have backed an Opposition motion
to spark a debate on removing the statute of limitations for child
sexual abuse claimants.
The motion, moved by shadow attorney-general John Quigley, called on Parliament to make Liberal MP Graham Jacobs’ Bill a priority.
