A former Archdiocese of Agana finance officer says a priest who was
recently accused of molestation remained on payroll years after he had
left the island. According to Deacon Steve Martinez, he has a clear
recollection that from 2006 to 2012 while serving as the church finance
officer, the Archdiocese of Agana was paying Father Louis Brouillard a
monthly stipend of $900, which later decreased to $650 a month.
