HAVERHILL — A civil lawsuit has been filed against the Rev. Arnold
Kelley, a former priest at All Saints Parish, alleging he sexually
abused a boy for several years in the 1970s while Kelley served at a
Boston area church.
Kelley is accused of abusing the boy from 1973 to 1976 when he was a priest at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Jamaica Plain, according to a release issued Tuesday by Robert Hoatson of Road to Recovery, a non-profit charity that assists sexual abuse victims.
