Raped, bashed and dominated, incest victim says authorities knew but failed to act

A woman who bore four children to her father after he raped, bashed and dominated her over three decades told the sex abuse royal commission on Thursday that authorities had known of her horror, and failed to act, since she was 14.
The woman, who cannot be named because her two younger sons do not know the horrific truth, told the commission her father started raping her when she was 13 years old, threatening to kill her if she told anyone.
