May 10, 2016: Victims of child sex abuse
could soon be able to sue the institutions where they were molested with
a push for the Queensland government to abolish laws which stop victims
accessing compensation.
Legal and medical experts have joined a
child protection campaign calling for the Queensland government to
abolish laws that have prevented some victims from suing for
compensation.
