Jr., 46, saw his request for bail denied by Judge Malfourd “Bo” Trumbo
at a hearing Thursday morning in Botetourt County Circuit Court.
Because of the nature of the charges and the potential life sentence he faces, Bocock needed to convince the judge that he poses neither a flight risk nor a danger to himself or the community.
