The Lawsuit Settlement Funding Company, reports that during Pope Francis' recent visit, he made a speech in Philadelphia
addressing victims of sexual abuse and sexual harassment by Catholic
priests. According to the NY Post, the pope privately met with victims
who had been sexually abused by priests, telling them that God hears
their cries and believes them, and he also vowed that officials from the
church who are responsible will be held accountable for their actions.
