EAST NORRITON>> Officials from a domestic abuse shelter made
the case that they should be allowed to move its shelter to the rectory
building of St. Titus Roman Catholic Church on Keenwood Road in East
Norriton at Tuesday night’s zoning hearing.
As a host of concerned residents and shelter supporters filled the East Norriton Middle School gymnasium, Amee Farrell, the attorney representing Laurel House, gave an opening statement that responded to concerns being raised by residents that have formed a coalition in opposition to Laurel House moving their shelter to the parcel in question.
