win justice using a little-known legal approach. It takes real courage
to confront child molesters in court and to open doors for other
survivors of horrific childhood trauma.
Morgan successfully sued his perpetrator for fraud. Like most adults who were assaulted as kids, an archaic, predator-friendly statute of limitations initially prevented him from exposing his predator. But he and his attorneys persisted and eventually won using the fraud charge.
