Tánaiste Joan Burton has launched a
blistering attack on Sinn Féin, likening the party to the Catholic
Church over its treatment of abuse victims. The Labour Party leader accused Sinn Féin of using "weasel
words" to try and discredit the actions of IRA rape victim Mairia
Cahill. And Ms Burton singled out "women politicians" in the party who she says failed to show Ms Cahill proper support.
