Convicted Burnsville pedophile sued by 3rd former Boy Scout

A former Burnsville Boy Scouts leader has now been sued by three of four Scouts he was convicted of molesting. Peter Robert Stibal was sent to prison in 2011 for the sex crimes, which occurred between 2003 and 2008. Two suits were filed the same year and later settled.
