harnessing the outrage and sadness they will feel as survivors and
witnesses give evidence to the royal commission into institutional
responses to child sexual abuse.
Experts in protective behaviours want them to channel this emotion into being upfront and direct and seeking out newly developed effective strategies that will arm their sons and daughters against grooming from offenders known to and trusted by the family, as well as from strangers.
