The judge who sentenced a former Hawke's Bay police officer to 22-months
in jail for assaulting five teenage girls says his actions have
undermined the good he did as an officer.
Adam Dunnett was sentenced in the
Napier District court after being convicted in May on six counts of
indecently assaulting the teenagers. Most of the offending took place at
a local surf club where Dunnett was a coach.
