A former headmaster of one of Queensland's most prestigious schools
ignored a complaint of sexual abuse by a serial paedophile who went on
to abuse many more boys, a royal commission has found.
In not investigating the complaint, former Brisbane Grammar School head Maxwell Howell failed to protect his students, a report released on Wednesday stated.
