An
investigation has been dropped against a French cardinal who was accused
of not acting to remove a priest who had been accused of child abuse.
Prosecutors have ended their
investigation into Archbishop of Lyon Philippe Barbarin. They were
looking into allegations that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Lyon did
not act against a priest accused of child sexual abuse.
