the resignation Wednesday of Italian-Brazilian archbishop Aldo Di Cillo
Pagotto following a Vatican investigation into his part in a sex abuse
scandal.
Pagotto, 66, archbishop of Paraiba in Brazil, allegedly welcomed into his diocese priests and seminarians accused of pedophilia after they had been expelled by other bishops.
