Boston Globe’s Robinson Talks Spotlight, Investigative Reporting

Investigative reporting is a worthy calling, even if it’s not quite as exciting as it looks in the movies, says Boston Globe Editor at Large Walter “Robby” Robinson, and he definitely ought to know. Robinson led the Boston Globe’s Spotlight team of investigative reporters who won a 2003 Pulitzer Prize for cracking open the Roman Catholic Church’s fortress of secrecy, revealing a deep systemic problem of hushing up sex abuse cases and protecting pedophile priests.
