FATHER Joe Duffy admits he feels embarrassed by the extent of the abuse which has been revealed in the Catholic Church.
The Maroochydore Parish Priest was ordained during the dark period of
history when priests were abusing children and getting away with it. But he said if he was to blame for anything within the church in the
1950s to 1980s, it was that he was "naive and unaware" of what was going
on.
