A Staten Island man was arrested after
admitting that he rubbed lotion on another passenger’s private areas
while she slept during a long flight.
According to a
criminal complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Brooklyn and
obtained by The Smoking Gun, the female passenger took anti-anxiety
medicine shortly after boarding the 13-hour Emirates flight from Dubai
to New York. After several hours of sleep, the woman awoke to find
lotion lathered on her arms, chest, and legs. That’s when her seat mate,
42-year-old Nadeem Mehmood Quraishi, asked her if she had “ a good
