An 82-year-old Anadarko pastor had his bond vacated Friday
after five more counts of sexual abuse involving four alleged young
victims were charged.
Marion Milton-Otis Toehay Sr. of Carnegie received two
counts of first-degree rape by instrumentation of a victim under 14 and
three additional counts of lewd or indecent acts to a child under 16 in
Caddo County District Court, records indicate. The five new charges are
on top of 10 counts of lewd acts with a child allegedly committed
every Sunday for two years in the church study that were filed Sept.
14. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison for each count.
