Support abuse victims

Regularly we read stories of children sexually abused at the hands of trusted community leaders; the most recent example are the accusations against Dr. Craig Morgenstern. Spokane has a long and sordid history of child abuse at the hands of teachers, law enforcement officers, clergy and Scout leaders.  Our community is not unlike others across the nation. Fortunately, organizations like the Catholic Church have taken steps to address the plague of sexual abuse.
