Former Guam priest Louis Brouillard raped and sexually molested a Mangilao altar boy two to three times a week for two years, from about 1963 through 1964, a lawsuit filed in federal court on Sunday says.
The plaintiff, identified in court documents only as S.T.J. to protect his privacy, is the 157th to file a clergy sex abuse lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Agana, priests, clergy and others associated with the Catholic Church. The Boy Scouts of America is also a named defendant when Brouillard is the accused priest, as he was also a scout master.
